Harris County, TX — An adult male was taken into custody after allegedly assaulting an elderly neighbor during an altercation, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
Deputies responded to a disturbance near the 15500 block of San Milo Drive.
According to the Constable’s Office, investigators determined that the suspect physically assaulted his elderly neighbor during the altercation.
The victim’s condition was unknown at the time of the agency’s update.
