Harris County, TX — A man was arrested after deputies said he unlawfully forced his way into a residence and assaulted a woman earlier this month.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, deputies responded Aug. 2 to a disturbance in the 14300 block of Ella Boulevard.
Investigators identified the suspect as Ezequiel Zuniga. The constable’s office said Zuniga allegedly forced his way into the home and assaulted a female occupant.
Deputies searched the surrounding area, located Zuniga near the residence and took him into custody.
Zuniga was booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault.

Charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
