Harris County, TX — A driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after a crash in the 19200 block of Kuykendahl Road, according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
Deputy Clark responded to the crash and, during the investigation, observed signs of intoxication from the driver.
Following further investigation, the driver was taken into custody on suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
The agency did not provide the driver's identity or additional information about the crash.
Charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
