Harris County, TX — A woman was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge following a traffic stop in the 21800 block of Kuykendahl Road on Aug. 16, according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
Deputies identified the driver as Sydney Nash and reported observing multiple signs of intoxication.
According to the constable’s office, deputies administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined that Nash was intoxicated.
Nash was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 7.
Charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
