Texas – Consumers are being urged to check their freezers after Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Inc. announced a voluntary nationwide recall of several Outshine Fruit Bars because of possible glass contamination.

The recall affects six-count packages containing 2.5-ounce, paddle-shaped bars in five flavors:

• Strawberry
• Watermelon
• Grape
• Tangerine
• Black Cherry

Affected products have best-before dates ranging from June 30, 2027, through Nov. 30, 2027. Specific recalled packages can be identified by batch codes and UPC numbers printed on the bottom of the box.

No illnesses or injuries have been reported in connection with the recall.

Consumers who have affected products should not eat them. They are advised to throw the bars away or return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund.

Dreyer’s said no other Outshine products are included in the recall.
