Waller-Harris County, TX — Waller-Harris Emergency Service District says construction on Station 43 is entering its final stages, with an anticipated move-in date of Oct. 1.

Crews are completing finishing work ahead of the station’s final walk-through.

The district said dorm room lockers were moved into place Tuesday as interior spaces continue to take shape.

Once opened, Station 43 will provide a new home for one of the district’s crews and expand its ability to serve surrounding communities.

Additional construction updates are expected as the opening date approaches.
