Montgomery County, TX — The Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating 20-year-old Noel Dwayne Walker, who is wanted on two additional counts of Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography involving alleged material depicting the sexual assault of children younger than 10.
According to the Constable’s Office, its Internet Crimes Against Children Unit executed a residential search warrant at Walker’s residence in The Woodlands in July 2026 during an investigation involving alleged child sexual abuse material.
Walker was arrested and initially charged with five counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Promotion or Possession of a Child-Like Sex Doll. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and later released on bond.
Authorities said a subsequent forensic examination of electronic devices seized during the investigation led detectives to additional alleged child sexual abuse material and the two new charges.
