Bexar County, TX – A man identified during a disturbance investigation was arrested after Bexar County Sheriff’s Office deputies learned he was wanted on 19 outstanding warrants from Webb County.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies initially responded to a disturbance in the 11800 block of Potranco Road involving Brando Mireles and another individual. Mireles left before deputies arrived.

After identifying Mireles, deputies discovered the outstanding Webb County warrants.

At approximately 5 p.m. on Aug. 14, deputies located Mireles at his residence in the 11800 block of Potranco Road and took him into custody without incident.

Mireles was booked on warrants for:

• Stalking — four counts
• Violation of Bond/Protective Order — four counts
• Violation of Protective Order/Stalking
• Violation of Protective Order Two or More Times Within 12 Months
• Criminal Mischief, $750 to $2,500
• Burglary of a Habitation — three counts
• Criminal Mischief, $2,500 to $30,000 — two counts
• Publish/Threat to Publish Intimate Visual Material
• Evading Arrest/Detention
• Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, Less Than 1 Gram

The charges and warrants are accusations, and Mireles is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
