Montgomery County, TX — A reckless driver report led to the arrest of a Liberty man Friday night after a Montgomery County Precinct 3 deputy located the reported vehicle on the Grand Parkway, according to Constable Ryan Gable’s Office.
At approximately 9:15 p.m. on August 15, a patrol deputy responded to a report involving a black Dodge pickup truck on the Grand Parkway near FM 1314.
After checking the area, the deputy located and stopped the vehicle near the 2400 block of the Grand Parkway in Spring.
The driver was identified as Logan York of Liberty. Following the deputy’s investigation, York was arrested on a charge of Reckless Driving.
Authorities said the pickup was towed and York was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office jail.
The charge is an accusation, and York is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
