Harris County, TX – Harris County Constable Precinct 2 marked two personnel milestones with the promotion of Martha Torres to corporal and the swearing-in of Alexis Fernandez as a reserve deputy.
Constable Jerry Garcia’s office announced that Torres was promoted to the rank of corporal, recognizing her work, dedication and service to the community.
The office also welcomed Fernandez, who was officially sworn in as a reserve deputy with Precinct 2.
The two milestones were recognized by the constable’s office as Torres continues her career in a new leadership role and Fernandez begins serving with the precinct.
