Harris County, TX — A woman was arrested Sunday after Harris County Constable Precinct 2 deputies investigated a criminal mischief call at a motel in the 8900 block of Gulf Freeway.
According to Constable Jerry Garcia’s office, deputies responded on August 16 and learned that a woman had been involved in a verbal altercation with other tenants before allegedly using a long metal object to break the window of a motel room.
Deputies reviewed surveillance footage from the incident and identified the suspect as Victoria Mainor.
Mainor was charged with misdemeanor Criminal Mischief and transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center for booking.
Charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
