Magnolia, TX — Three men were arrested after allegedly fleeing from a burglary in progress at a cell tower site off FM 1488, according to the Magnolia Police Department.
Police said officers responded to the county cell tower site and three men fled on foot as officers arrived.
K-9 Hart was deployed during the search and located one of the men hiding underneath a residence. The other two were later found hiding inside a nearby vehicle.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office ultimately arrested all three men.
Magnolia police said the charges against the three were not known at the time of the department’s update.
