El Paso, TX — High water has forced the closure of all lanes of westbound Montana Avenue at Justice Road/Tierra Este Road, according to the Texas Department of Transportation’s El Paso District.
TxDOT reported a major traffic backup in the area and said the roadway will remain closed until further notice. No estimated clearing time has been provided.
