Harris County, TX — A request for assistance locating one stolen vehicle turned into the recovery of two after Harris County Precinct 4 constables deployed a drone to search near Cypresswood Drive and Breckenridge Forest Drive.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office contacted Precinct 4 requesting assistance locating a stolen vehicle believed to be in the area.
Sergeant Alejo and Sergeant Elmer responded and launched a drone to search from above.
The aerial search located the stolen vehicle hidden along a bayou. While searching the area, the sergeants discovered a second stolen vehicle nearby.
Precinct 4 deputies are coordinating with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office to have both vehicles returned to their owners.
One vehicle was the mission. Two recoveries made for a productive flight.
