La Feria, TX — The 6th Annual Trooper Moises Sanchez Memorial 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run is underway this morning at La Feria ISD Stadium.
The event began at 6 a.m. and honors the legacy of Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Moises Sanchez.
The family-friendly event brings together Texas DPS South Texas Region troopers, members of the Tactical Marine Unit, Honor Guard, K-9 Eki, local fire departments and others from the community.
Texas DPS invited families to attend and help honor Sanchez and his service.
