Harris County, TX — A reported road rage incident on FM 1960 Road E. led to the arrest of a man accused of pointing a firearm at another driver, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies responded Aug. 12 to the 7400 block of FM 1960 Road E. after a driver reported that another motorist had allegedly pointed a gun at him while both vehicles were traveling along the roadway.
Investigators identified the suspect as Hector Fonseca and later located him and his vehicle at his residence.
Deputies also recovered a firearm believed to have been used during the incident.
Fonseca was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Bond was set at $20,000 through the 497th District Court.
