Longview, TX — New pickleball courts are coming to McWhorter Park after the Longview City Council approved a construction contract for the project.
Construction is expected to take several months.
Once complete, the courts will give residents another place to play, stay active and enjoy the park.
Funding for the project is being provided by the Longview Economic Development Corp.
The city said the project is intended to expand recreational opportunities in the community.
