Harris County, TX — Two adult men and one adult woman were taken into custody following a theft investigation at a business in the 11900 block of Spring Cypress Road, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office said the three suspects allegedly stole several cases of beer from the business.
Further investigation reportedly determined the suspects were involved in Organized Retail Theft. Deputies also found that the three had outstanding Class C misdemeanor warrants.
All three suspects were taken into custody.
The investigation continues.
The charges and allegations are accusations. The suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
