Harris County, TX — Deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 are investigating a rollover crash involving an entrapped occupant in the 9000 block of northbound W. Sam Houston Tollway North.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, preliminary information indicates that another vehicle fled the scene following the crash.
Deputies are investigating the incident as a Fail to Stop and Render Aid.
Cy-Fair Fire Department and EMS are on scene assisting with the person trapped inside the vehicle.
