Montgomery County, TX — A registered sex offender arrested by the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to Promotion of Child Pornography.
According to the constable’s office, the ICAC Task Force, led by Sgt. Jerry Serratt, arrested Aaron Blair in March 2025 on the charge.
Following his arrest, Blair initially fought extradition back to Texas. After warrants were issued and the extradition process moved forward, he was returned to Montgomery County and booked into the Montgomery County Jail in August 2025.
In July 2026, Blair pleaded guilty to Promotion of Child Pornography and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
The Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office said its investigators remain focused on identifying and pursuing offenders who exploit children, including cases that require locating suspects outside the area.
