Irving, TX — The FBI is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Hector Vicente Paguada Paguada, who is wanted in connection with the 2024 killings of two adults in Irving.
According to the FBI, the victims were shot to death on Jan. 19, 2024, in front of the 5-year-old son of one of the victims.
Investigators determined that Paguada Paguada fled the United States following the killings.
A Dallas County arrest warrant was issued Jan. 24, 2024, after he was charged with Capital Murder. A federal arrest warrant followed Feb. 29, 2024, after he was charged in the Northern District of Texas with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.
