Tyler, TX — The Tyler Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 66-year-old Herman Buxton, who has been reported as a critically missing person.
Police began searching for Buxton at approximately 11:25 a.m. after he was last seen leaving the Andrews Center at 2323 W. Front Street on foot.
Authorities said Buxton reportedly has cognitive issues but is functional. Police believe he could be in the 1500 block of Rice Road or the surrounding area.
