Tarrant County, TX — A 42-year-old man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after his probation was revoked, according to the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors said Joshua Rodriguez previously pleaded guilty to three counts of indecency with a child and was sentenced to probation.
While on probation, Rodriguez failed to register as a sex offender, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

The Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office credited the Arlington Police Department for its work on the case.
Assistant District Attorney Jessica Brewer prosecuted the case with assistance from Investigator Zachary Long and Victim Coordinator Angela Stevens.
