Spring, TX — Harris County Precinct 4 constables are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of stealing approximately $273.94 in merchandise from an H-E-B.

According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, the incident occurred July 31 at the H-E-B located at 7310 Louetta Road. Investigators said the suspect allegedly concealed multiple items before leaving the store without paying.

Suspect Description:
• Black male
• Approximately 26–35 years old
• Approximately 6 feet, 3 inches tall
• Heavy build
• Wearing Houston Astros apparel
• Silver chain necklace
• Orange and white Nike shoes

How to Help:
Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information regarding his identity is asked to contact the Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 4 or local law enforcement.
