Baytown, TX — The Baytown Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 71-year-old Elias Moreno Perez, a missing man who is non-verbal and has been diagnosed with dementia.
Elias was last seen at approximately 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, leaving a residence in the 1200 block of Northwood Drive in Baytown. Police said there is heightened concern for his safety because of his condition.

• Weight: 125 pounds
• Hair: Bald with gray facial hair
• Eyes: Brown
• Build: Thin
• Complexion: Light
• Identifying feature: “Virgin Mary” tattoo on his left forearm
Clothing/Belongings:
Elias may be wearing a red hat with either a blue pajama top and blue pajama bottoms or a red-and-white striped shirt with blue jeans. He may also be carrying a black-and-red medicine bag or lunch kit.
