Lubbock, TX — The Lubbock Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 78-year-old Louis Jones Hines, who is considered an endangered missing person.
Hines was last seen in person at approximately 10:45 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8. Police said his phone was last detected around 6:05 p.m. in the 3700 block of Erskine Street.
Description:
• Age: 78
• Height: 5 feet 4 inches
• Weight: 175 pounds
• Hair: Short, curly and gray
• Eyes: Brown
• Small burn mark on his right arm near the elbow
• Known to walk very slowly
Last Seen Wearing:
• White shirt with an unknown image or lettering
• Blue jeans
• Thin reading glasses
Lubbock Police patrol officers and Major Crimes investigators are working to locate Hines.
Anyone who sees Hines or knows where he may be is asked to call 911.
