Texas — Influencer Ashley Lopez-Trevino, known online as Ash Trevino, reportedly received more than 20 new Cameo requests shortly after pleading guilty in her welfare fraud case.
Trevino, 37, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to welfare fraud and fraudulent securing of document execution. Under the plea agreement, she was placed on two years of community supervision rather than receiving additional jail time.
She was also ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, participate in an anti-theft program, undergo financial counseling and pay $16,799.95 in restitution to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
According to TMZ, Trevino is expected to begin making monthly restitution payments of $780 in September.
TMZ reported that Trevino received more than 20 Cameo requests on Aug. 7 following her guilty plea. Her personalized videos were being offered for $50 or more, down from a reported regular price of $138.
Trevino has built a large online following in part through content surrounding her relationships with incarcerated men, earning the online nickname “inmate hopper.”
Court documents previously reported by Complex also revealed allegations prosecutors made about those relationships. Prosecutors alleged Trevino had relationships with approximately 50 to 75 Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmates over several years, including some incarcerated for violent offenses such as aggravated robbery and murder.
Trevino was originally arrested Dec. 17, 2025, in Venus after authorities discovered two active felony warrants. She was booked into the Ellis County Jail and later released on bond.
Her plea agreement now requires her to complete the terms of her community supervision and restitution order.
