Bryan, TX — Four people, including three teenagers, were hospitalized after a shooting late Saturday night during a community gathering on the west side of Bryan.
According to the Bryan Police Department, officers were already in the area of Lowery Street and West 17th Street shortly before midnight when they heard multiple gunshots.
Police located four people suffering from gunshot wounds:
• A 14-year-old boy with a life-threatening gunshot wound to the torso
• A 14-year-old girl with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg
• A 17-year-old boy with a life-threatening gunshot wound to the arm
• A 42-year-old woman with a life-threatening gunshot wound to the rear
All four were transported to hospitals. Their current conditions have not been released.
As of Sunday morning, police were working to determine what led to the shooting and who was responsible. No arrest had been announced.
