Collin County, TX — A 21-year-old Texas fugitive wanted on a Collin County warrant for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Younger Than 14 was captured more than 2,000 miles away in Washington state, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Dombraye Pamosoo was wanted by the Collin County Sheriff’s Office after an arrest warrant was issued May 27, 2026.

The U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force was asked to assist in locating Pamosoo. Investigators determined he was in the greater Seattle area and forwarded information to the Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force.

Authorities located Pamosoo in the 2600 block of South 161st Street in SeaTac, Washington. He was arrested without incident Monday and transported to the King County Jail, where he is awaiting extradition to Texas.

“This arrest demonstrates the strength of our partnerships across the country,” Acting U.S. Marshal Donrien Stephens said.

Anyone with information about wanted fugitives may contact the U.S. Marshals Service Communications Center at 1-800-336-0102 or submit information through the USMS Tips App.
