Houston, TX — Houston police are investigating after a body was found Friday morning in a wooded area near Buffalo Bayou and the Sam Houston Beltway.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers were called around 8:55 a.m. on Aug. 7 to the 10400 block of Deerwood Road following reports of a body in the area.
Law enforcement later confirmed the death is being investigated as a suicide.
