Harris County, TX — Detectives with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 shut down an illegal game room in northwest Harris County after an undercover investigation confirmed unlawful gambling activity.

According to Constable Mark Herman's Office, detectives received tips about an illegal gambling establishment operating in the 10100 block of Jones Road. Investigators conducted an undercover operation before obtaining and executing a search warrant at the business.

During the search, detectives seized:

• More than $6,000 in suspected gambling proceeds

• Multiple illegal gambling devices

• Documents allegedly related to the operation of the illegal gambling business

Authorities arrested Bich Ngoc Pham, who was charged with Operating a Game Room Without a License or Permit.
