Harris County, TX — The alleged DWI may have started the trouble, but Dylan Bustos' booking photo is getting plenty of attention of its own.
According to Harris County Constable Precinct 4, deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on Aug. 6 in the 8000 block of North Sam Houston Parkway West. Authorities said the driver refused to stop and led deputies on a brief pursuit.
During the chase, the driver allegedly lost control and struck another vehicle before deputies took him into custody. The driver was identified as Dylan Bustos, who deputies said displayed multiple signs of intoxication during the investigation.
Bustos was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Intoxicated. His total bond had not been set at the time of the department's announcement.
Meanwhile, the comments section quickly found another topic: the hair.
From "bad hair day extreme" to "I bet he heard y'all coming," social media users definitely noticed the booking photo.
Hair aside, authorities emphasized the dangers of impaired driving and fleeing from law enforcement.
