Bexar County Sheriff's Office deputies seized multiple drugs and a loaded handgun during a narcotics search warrant July 29 at a residence in the 400 block of E. Evergreen, according to the agency.
Deputies executed the warrant at approximately noon. John Cucheran was detained without incident, the Sheriff's Office said.
During the search, deputies found methamphetamine, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, amphetamine pills, codeine pills, THC vape cartridges, DMT vape cartridges and bottles of GHB. They also located a digital scale and a backpack containing a fully loaded Taurus handgun.
Deputies seized approximately 71.3 grams of methamphetamine, 11.8 grams of cocaine, 6.3 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and approximately 4 grams of THC vape cartridges.
Cucheran was booked on charges listed as MAN/DEL CS PG1 4-200 X3, MAN/DEL CS PG2 4-400 and possession of a PG2 controlled substance weighing 1 to 4 grams. He was also booked for a probation violation out of El Paso.
